Our objective as Health Coaches is to teach you to eat what you really need and help you create healthy habits for your body, mind and soul.
If you are into sports we will help you complement your physical work with delicious foods and drinks to hidrate, energize, cleans, strengthen and regenerate your body.
- Basic Plan: Includes one session and a dietary plan.
- Medium Plan: Includes one session, a dietary plan, a grocery shopping lesson and 3 hours of cooking classes.
- Complete plan: Includes 3 sessions, a dietary plan, a grocery shopping lesson and 3 hours of cooking classes.
*If you live outside Majorca we can arrange to travel to any part of Europe or organize a Skype sessions.
